Our mission is clear, we desire to advance the University's mission by raising and stewarding private gifts. The Cheyney Foundation was developed in 1971 for the purpose of supporting the University and its mission.

In developing and managing private resources, The Cheyney Foundation will work in partnership with the University to meet the challenges of the 21st century. The Foundation will pursue University priorities, broaden and strengthen relationships with key constituencies, and provide ethical and efficient stewardship in receiving contributions and managing assets. Finally, the Foundation will sustain its commitment to services of such quality and excellence that it results in recognition of the Foundation as an exemplary organization of its kind and a national leader in the field of institutional advancement.

In our efforts to raise and manage private gifts to advance the mission of Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, we need your help. Please complete an application for the MBNA Cheyney University card that you can do online on this site. Feel free to contact a Board member to participate in plan giving or some other method to assist the University in its mission to educate tomorrow's leaders.
